Custom Finished Keepsakes: No MOQ required—orders start from 1 piece. Production typically takes 3–10 business days.
Custom Fabric Printing By the Yard: Orders start at 3 yards. Sampling typically takes 3–5 business days, while bulk orders typically take 7–10 business days.

A: Yes. We offer two sample options:

For Custom Finished Products: Order our $9.99 Home Decor Swatch to inspect available unprinted fabric textures, weights and softness. The $9.99 fee can be credited toward a future order over $120.
For Custom Fabric Printing By the Yard: Order our $19.99 Printed Swatch to evaluate the printed result on fabric. The $19.99 fee can be credited toward a future single fabric order of $300 or more.

Standard tracked shipping to the United States typically takes 8–15 business days.

A: Yes. We offer free shipping, and orders are shipped under DDP terms with applicable import duties and taxes prepaid. Applicable US state sales tax is calculated at checkout when required.

A: We source fabrics and water-based printing inks from established suppliers. Applicable materials are supported by SGS environmental documentation. Available fabric texture, finish and suitability vary by product.

A: If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing imperfection or shipping damage, contact us at Harmeng2026@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery and include a clear photo or short video of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a free reprint and cover the associated production and shipping costs.
